About

I’m Tina, Licensed Tattoo Artist and owner of Ooloo Ink Studio. My goal is to make my clients glow with confidence, and the ability to wake up with makeup! Here’s a little information for you to get to know me before we work together toward your perfect look. I have a rich background in the medical field and a hobby in portrait sketch art, making permanent makeup a wonderful combination of my two passions. I am a graduate of Montana State University in Nursing, and Oregon Institute of Technology in Dental Hygiene. In 2022, I graduated from Trillium Ink Academy in Tualatin, Oregon under the instruction of Pam Neighbors, renowned PMU artist. During this time, I also attended Spectrum Advanced Aesthetics in Tigard, Oregon to learn skin types and skin theory. My extensive education and many years of medical experience give me a solid foundation in cosmetic tattoo. I enjoy learning and refining my skills and I have acquired extended tattoo certificates in Scar and Stretch Mark Camouflage, with the added benefit of scar tissue relaxation, Areola Artistry and Restoration for post mastectomy reconstruction, or for areola symmetry correction and color refinement, and Scalp Micropigmentation for alopecia, male pattern baldness or female hair thinning. All of this to give my clients the art of custom permanent makeup with a personalized look that makes them want to take one more glance in the mirror!

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
